Using the sliders above, rate each section of your life on a scale of 1 – 5:
1 = Very Terrible. Definitely needs major improvement ASAP.
2 = Not Great. Need to work on this soon.
3 = Alright. It’s not perfect, but it’s not horrible.
4 = Good. It’s not 100% perfect, but it’s pretty dang good.
5 = Great! Doesn’t really need much improvement at the moment.
Then check which part of your life is the lowest, and what you need to focus on.
Your overall health. How is it? Are you feeding yourself high quality fuel? How do you feel about your physical state? That is our health.
How happy are you with your finances? Are you very satisfied with your wealth? Satisfied with your income? Everyone always wants more…but how do you feel about the current level you’re at?
This refers to your relationships of all kind. With your family. With your partner. With your spouses. With your friends. How happy are you with all these relationships?
By simply identifying which area you’re most lacking, you can focus on that area.
By focusing on that area, you will generally also increase your other areas of life.
If one area totally sucks for you, it can easily bring down the other areas too.
You will rarely have all three of these things at a perfect 5, so don’t worry. But when things start getting out of whack in your life, take this 10 second Life Test and measure your Health/Wealth/Love to see which area needs the most attention.
